III. Preventive Action
Advisories are issued by the Commission from time to time to alert the organizations about the vulnerabilities in the organizations, policies, systems and procedures which pose a risk of corruption.
1. Commission vide its Circular No.14/07/22 dated 11.07.2022 had issued guidelines regarding updation of Manual on Procurement of Goods, Services, Works and Consultancy etc. to all Secretaries/Heads/CMDs and CVOs of Ministries/Departments/CPSUs/PSBs/PSICs/FIs/Autonomous Bodies etc..
2. Commission vide its Circular No.14/07/22 dated 25.07.2022 had issued guidelines regarding Observance of Vigilance Awareness Week to Cabinet Secretary/All Secretaries/Chief Secretaries of all Union Territories/Director, CBI/Director, ED/CMDs/Heads and CVOs of Ministries / Departments of GoI/CPSEs/PSBs/PSICs/FIs/Autonomous Organisations/Societies, etc.
3. Commission vide its Circular No.15/07/22 dated 29.07.2022 had issued guidelines regarding intimation to CVC& CBI in cases pending for sanction for prosecution to Secretary, DoPT /Director, CBI and CVOs of Ministries/Departments of GoI/CPSEs/PSBs/PSICs/FIs/Autonomous Bodies, etc.
