Preventive Action

 Advisories are issued by the Commission from time to time to alert the organizations about the vulnerabilities in the organizations, policies, systems and procedures which pose a risk of corruption.

1.Commission vide its Circular No.18/09/22 dated 01.09.2022 had issued guidelines regarding clarification regarding the enquiry/investigation to be conducted against the officers on deputation to Secretaries/Chief Executives and CVOs of Ministries/Departments of GoI/CPSUs/PSBs/PSICs/FIs/Autonomous Bodies etc.

2.Commission vide its Circular No.19/09/22 dated 05.09.2022 had issued guidelines regarding revised guidelines on Intensive Examination of Public Procurement Contracts 2022 to Secretaries/Chief Executives and CVOs of Ministries / Departments of GoI/CPSUs/PSBs/PSICs/FIs/Autonomous Bodies etc.

3.Commission vide its Circular No.20/09/22 dated 08.09.2022 had issued guidelines regarding Theme of Vigilance Awareness Week, 2022 to Cabinet Secretary/Secretaries of all Ministries/Departments of GoI/Director, CBI/ Director of Enforcement/Chief Secretaries of all Union Territories/Chief Executives and CVOs of Ministries/Departments of GoI/CPSUs/PSBs/PSICs/FIs/Autonomous Bodies etc.

4.Commission vide its Circular No.21/09/22 dated 26.09.2022 had issued guidelines regarding short-term arrangements in the posts of CVOs to Secretaries of all Ministries/Departments of GoI/all CVOs.
