III.      Preventive Action

Advisories are issued by the Commission from time to time to alert the organizations about the vulnerabilities in the organizations, policies, systems and procedures which pose a risk of corruption.

2.   Commission vide its Circular No.04/04/21 dated 06.04.2021 had issued guidelines regarding Transparency in Works/Purchase/Consultancy contracts awarded on nomination basis to all Secretaries/Chief Executives and CVOs of Ministries/Departments of GoI/CPSUs/PSBs/PSICs/Autonomous Bodies, etc.

3.   Commission vide its Office Memorandum issued vide File No.021-AIS-1(2) dated 19.04.2021 had issued guidelines regarding Expeditious disposal of complaints received against employees, having bearing on Vigilance Clearance - Suitable monitoring mechanism to all  Secretaries /Chief Executives and CVOs of Ministries/Departments/CPSUs/PSBs/PSICs/Autonomous Bodies, etc.
