All complaints received through
E-mail are down loaded and printed and sent to the concerned section for
further action on the complaint. Complaints received through E-mail
which do not have the name and complete postal address are treated as
pseu- donymous and are dealt with as per the guidelines of complaint
handling process. There is no self generated acknowledgment of
complaints received through E-mail. The printed copy of the complaint
received on E-mail is dealt with as per the guidelines of the complaint
handling process.
Only those complaints which
have been sent for investigation and report are acknowledged by the
Commission and the status of such complaints will be made available to
the complainant through the Commission’s website.
Commission accepts
complaints only against specified categories of officers who are posted
in the organisation which are under the Commissions jurisdiction. Please
